They lived in London for many years & both worked in hospitality (Daniel in a wine shop, Apphia in a café), but this is their first time owning their own. Over the years they shared a passion for cafes, scouting them out & planning trips around ones they wanted to visit, so they decided to open one – a place for great coffee amongst beautiful nature.
